Questions before you switch.
Is it really free?
Yes. During the launch every werk section is free – you only leave a first name and an email to copy the code. No account, no checkout.
Does every visitor win?
Yes, every card wins. You set up to five prizes and how likely each one is.
Can visitors scratch again and again?
No. The browser remembers the card. You choose one card per visitor, or a new one every day or week.
Do I need discount codes?
For code prizes, yes – create them in Shopify under Discounts. A prize without a code, like a free gift note, works too.
Does it pop up?
No. It sits in the page where you add it. If you need an exit-intent popup, a popup app does that.
Where do the emails go?
Into your Shopify customers with newsletter consent, or as a contact form message – you pick in the settings.
